LANOKA HARBOR FIRST AID SQUAD
Operating since 1979, Lanoka Harbor EMS has been providing volunteer, non-profit emergency medical services in the Lanoka Harbor section of Lacey Township, and the surrounding communities as necessary.
What we provide to our community
Aside from prehospital emergency medicine, you may be surprised to learn that Lanoka Harbor EMS also provides the following services to our community:
Low-cost training programs
Supporting our community with low-cost training programs such as CPR, First Aid and more.
Community event support
Come see us at any of the many township-sponsored events, such as: Lacey Day, and the annual 4th of July celebration.
State and national disaster support
As part of the New Jersey EMS Task Force, we may be called upon at any time to provide assistance to any part of the state, region or country.
High School Scholarships
College-bound students entering the medical field are eligible for one of several scholarship opportunities.
Preparedness exercises
Frequent exercises with the township’s other emergency service agencies ensures interoperability during emergency situations.
Continuous Membership Education
We ensure that all of our members receive training on the latest tools and methodologies to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
About Our Agency
Our membership is comprised of local residents who donate their time and energy in order to help provide emergent care to visitors and residents of the community.
Lanoka Harbor EMS has been operating since 1979, and is a registered 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Any donations made to LHEMS are 100% tax deductible.
In 2023, Lanoka Harbor EMS has responded to 1,334 calls for assistance and Lanoka Harbor First Aid Squad has responded to 184!
